I have an old nu-tone 2 Heat Lamp combi fan 9427P-R01. Over the years I have removed the motor and cleaned and oiled it and it has worked well but last time it only lasted a few days. So I started looking for an engine replacement and the prices were $27 and up plus shipping. I never thought Amazon would have it but I thought let's see and sure enough there it was and one of the options was for $19.49 and free shipping from California! I ordered it on March 29th and it was on 4/3. at 10 a.m. in front of my door. I've seen some reviews that said the stem length was wrong or the plug was too short. These folks may have different model fans than I do, but I'm telling you, if you have the same model number as me, it fits like a glove. Simply remove the bracket and fan wheel from the old motor and transfer to the new one. Go back and screw it up and you're done. ENJOY THE SILENT TERRIBLE OF THE NEW ENGINE I know it's me. UPDATE 6/11/16 Engine still runs like day one. WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR!
