Review on 🧹 Revolutionize Cleaning with the Neato XV Signature Pro Pet and Allergy Robot Vacuum Cleaner by Irene Rodriguez

I bought this vacuum cleaner in May 2016, the vacuum cleaner started end of April 2017 during the warranty period. NEATO was contacted and offered a series of videos to resolve the issue. Followed these instructions and it didn't solve the problem. Heard nothing after my letter. Called again in June and they said the last tick was closed and they needed to open another ticket but the vacuum was out of warranty but offered a new battery. I ordered it for $46 and it didn't fix the problem and now the vacuum doesn't work at all! I called NEATO again and they said the vacuum was out of warranty and there was nothing they could do. Now. I paid a lot of money for a vacuum cleaner and I could have chosen a different brand, I think I should have chosen a different brand. NEATO is a crappy company, didn't fulfill their warrant and scammed me. I have filed a complaint with the BBB. DO NOT BUY THIS VACUUM CLEANER!
