These are great! I love heels/flats but they always seem to tear up the back of my heel so I gave these a try. They stuck to my heel all day even as I walked a few miles throughout the day to and from my office. They're also super comfortable and not that noticeable when the shoe is on over it. You can see in the photo that the bandage actually turned black a little from where the shoe rubs it, that would've been on my skin but the bandage completely covered it for me. Only issue I had was that it can be hard to peel the non sticky part off the bandage before applying it, and for one of them I tried to do it too fast and stretched it out too much so it wouldn't stick. Be patient putting these on and they will last and get the job done! I'll definitely be getting more of these for wedding season!
