I bought these to update the look of my 2001 Tacoma dashboard. They look good, feel good and are easy to assemble. The only downside is that there is no metal ring for reinforcement at the junction of the handle with the shaft, it is only held by the friction of two plastic eyelets. Also, there's a clear plastic light ring on the handle that when installed on the Tacoma doesn't match the color of anything else on the dash, it's too white. I fixed this by adding a red clear cellophane gift wrap. The light color now fits perfectly. In the pictures you can see two yellowish white handles and one red after I added the plastic. In another picture you can see red plastic versus no plastic.
