As you can see from my photo, this lighter has definitely taken a lot of high speed impacts and high falls. But this is the first lighter that hasn't failed in the first month and I've bought 15 or 30 lighters for $15 and up and 1 out of 3 things always happens. 1) the spark plug wire needs constant adjustment 2) the fuel delivery needs constant adjustment to work after a repeated click. 3) They're plastic and you guessed it, plastic melts when heated. Either these geniuses build them on purpose to fail so you have to keep buying, or they haven't figured out how to make a lighter that is durable and reliable. But this lighter is exactly that. Both me and I would almost subscribe to this lighter but I wouldn't know when to send the next one because the first one is still on. A great lighter that I would definitely recommend again and again. It is very durable and reliable and worth every penny.
