They strengthened my coil springs well.

I've had occasional issues with the oversized tires rubbing in the rear wheel arches, no damage just annoying noise on some bumps and dips. I added 5/8" stabilizers and no more friction. Getting the right size is important, so do your research. They're not designed for serious lifting, so don't even try or you risk getting in to get into trouble.
