I was really excited for these lids! I received one order with several large cracks, so I ordered a replacement order. The next order didn't have cracks, luckily, but I found that they were very difficult to use. It's hard to find the thread on the jar to screw it on. It's also very difficult to take off, requiring a lot of force to open. Once it's on, it looks great and really elevates the look of the jars. If you're only looking for aesthetics for your open shelving, and you're not going to actually use the contents of the jar, then this would be great for you. If you're looking for something functional, I do not recommend it.
