I like that it allows me to communicate with my clients directly from anywhere at anytime! It creates an easy way for us to keep track of our projects together without having to be physically present or waiting until we can meet up again. The only thing I dislike about this service is how expensive it is compared to other services out there. If you are looking for something inexpensive but reliable then look no further than mobilemonkey. We use it as a virtual team communication tool so all members have access to what others are working on and when they're available.
