I like that it is easy for me as an owner/director in the small child care setting we have at this time (13).

The fact you can set up your own hours without being required by state law which makes us feel great! There are not many problems with prime other than its price point but if they would lower the cost of having multiple users or more features then i think my clients would be happier paying less money per month. We do love our program because once installed there isn't much else needed from them since everything works well together already.
