Rubbish, terrible build quality

I ordered one of these and when it arrived the pins on the VGA connector were bent. I sent it back to Revain for a replacement and got another one. This one had straight pins and I thought it was great until I lit it. After starting, I could see the remote computer normally. It was a bit slow compared to IOGEAR, but at least it worked. The main problem was that the USB keyboard and mouse kept disconnecting. When plugged in, the keyboard didn't respond at all. The input to the remote machine was a bunch of gibberish that looked pretty much like what I had inputted. You'd think StarTech would have a solid product for over $300. That is nonsense.
