First, let me say everything works. I run it when I type. I had no problems. Came in nice packaging, heats up well and quickly. However, there are several problems. It needs a fan to disperse the heat. Another problem is that Jayo has the worst customer service. They will lie and insult you. They do not accept vouchers. Alan Jones is a terrible representative of this company.
