The suction works great, especially the added "stickiness" of the non-glue suction cup. Works on my two jeeps off-road too. After that, all I had to do was get one for my wife's car. The power of the magnet is amazing. Even in a leather case, the phone holds up well. Even after hard braking after cutting off on the track. The extra long length of the phone mount helps with my windshield being that far from the dash.
