Installation was pretty easy. I'm not a very hands-on person, but I watched the manufacturer's installation video on YouTube, which made the installation so easy. I didn't even bother to read the paper instructions. It might help if you have a drill so you can pre-drill some screw holes to make things easier for you, but it's not necessary. They worked great and didn't need to be adjusted after installation. I'm very happy and hope they last. Two of my drawers are not too wide and heavy, and the other two are the same width but taller and heavier. I only installed one of the adapters on the box and they all seem to work fine. I would say if you have a very heavy drawer or a very wide drawer you need to install 2 adapters per drawer. Now I will order more for the kitchen.
