The second charger has now failed. The company will not respond. We took it to the dealership because certainly the second charger was good. They confirmed it has also failed. - original review follows - Our charger worked beautifully for 3 months and then, for some reason, it seemed like the wires were not making a connection. I contacted the company directly for help. They said they stand by their products AND THEY DID. Within 2 days, after video taping the problem, we had a new one delivered. They never said a new one was coming, it just arrived - much to our surprise and satisfaction. We were concerned we would not be able to drive our car without a charger. They got it to us very quickly. A special thanks to their customer service team for keeping us on the road again. Joyce
