Great product, works well assembled. The instructions that come with it are among the worst I've seen, skipping several steps and including parts that are never described in writing or shown in pictures. Thanks to the few people who posted how-to videos on YouTube etc that filled in the blanks. One of the large bolts did not fit into the threaded hole because the hole threading was poor. I had to go to a hardware store to buy a hex bolt of the same size and use my own ratchet wrenches and bits to carefully screw this bolt in and out to cut threads. I couldn't find a metric tap with the correct thread size to simply tap a new thread in the hole, so I had to do it the hard way. The installation on the hoverboard was simple and well thought out. My 6 year old grandson loves it and drives fast like an ace!
