Wow, cool piece. The hand controls make the ride so fun and easy to control, the kids love it. You can feel faster and feel like racing. I did it to my kids with my lawn mower, I got lost lol. So much fun for both adults and kids, and the easy installation that only takes 10 minutes, highly recommend.

All the straps holding the hoverboard to the cart are broken. My son's birthday gift (which he loved while at work) is useless now. The seller doesn't respond to warranty claims on their website, so they're hoping this will 1) encourage them to take action OR 2) alert other potential buyers. Very disappointing. Revane offered to return the item, which I might have to do as a last resort.

Great product, works well assembled. The instructions that come with it are among the worst I've seen, skipping several steps and including parts that are never described in writing or shown in pictures. Thanks to the few people who posted how-to videos on YouTube etc that filled in the blanks. One of the large bolts did not fit into the threaded hole because the hole threading was poor. I had to go to a hardware store to buy a hex bolt of the same size and use my own ratchet wrenches and bits…

First of all, the instructions are rubbish. Second, the holes aren't lined up properly, so it takes some serious elbow grease and a power tool to put this together. Third, the bolts don't snap, so no matter how you tighten them, the bolts will loosen as the cart rolls down the street. Fourth, when it's actually running I hear it a block away, the way the front wheel is adjusted is like a cheap office chair and very loud. Okay the instructions weren't entirely clear, the extra parts didn't look like the ones I used and it's not entirely clear what they are for. A few things I had to look at in the Revain review photos to figure out where they went. But it is assembled, it took an hour. This item was purchased to fit our 10 year old grandson's X-Hover 1 hoverboard. It is difficult to turn the hoverboard by holding the cart attachments in a position where the hoverboard cannot move.
