Review on EverCross Hoverboard Attachment Adjustable Suitable Sports & Fitness by Brad Lovro

I wish I had never bought this. My 12 year old son loves his hoverboard so we thought this would be a fun addition to make a difference. First, the recommendations suck. It's 7 steps, one sentence each, no details. The kit contains parts that are never mentioned in the instructions. The "tool" that came with it doesn't even fit the nuts. There were no instructions on what to do once he was on the hoverboard. We turned on the hoverboard and he sat on the seat. He immediately threw it back and the metal object hit the wall (We keep the hoverboard inside to keep it clean. We have a large area where it's open and in which is safe to work in. There is no concrete inside so it seems safer than outside.) He tried again very hesitantly and could hardly control it. Once it's out of it, it won't stop going. The car was still pressing on the hoverboard, spinning its wheels and smelling of burning. I quickly undid the velcro and unscrewed the cart to remove it from the hoverboard. I sent an email to the company asking for a return/refund. So far we have received two letters. One email had an attachment with the same useless instructions that were in the box and another told us how to use the helmet and knee pads. Unacceptable! I want to return it because it is not safe. Don't waste your time and money on it!
