Repackaged means already processed into a finished product.
Wow. I bought this "cone" from yarn under used. So like most people I used the saw as it will not have a cone as the description says it can or will be repackaged. I knit and crochet so I needed this cotton yarn for this purpose. have yarn. Already crocheted kitchen towels. I think that's what "repackaged" means.
