Arrived broken

Of the 2 nested, the longer one broke. It could have something to do with how it was packaged or handled upon delivery. The short works very well. I don't know what the latch is for at the end.

Pros

Dimensions: The long loop hook measures 26.5 cm/10.4 inches and the short loop measures 17 cm/6.80 inches.
