I like that MSC is easy to use, and has a lot of features that others don't have. It's also very intuitive. There are some issues with the software, but they're working hard to correct them. We've used MSC for years to keep track of patient flows. The program allows us to pull up details from any hospital or clinic at any time. It's great for making sure our patients aren't going through unnecessary steps when being seen by different providers. I like that it allows me to send the same messages to multiple people at once. It is very easy to use and navigate through. I also love that it has different options for each person who receives the message. It is not as user friendly as other programs but it does what it needs to do. If you are looking for something that will help you keep track of your employees this program can be used. We have been able to keep track of our employee's schedules and make sure they are getting their work done.
