1. For 15/16" faucet heads (both kitchen and bathroom) - mostly male heads.2. It's not listed in the description but the seller says the flow is "almost 2 GPM - high flow for a bathtub (typically 1.5 to 1.0 GPM) but normal for kitchen faucets (1.8 to 2 .2 GPM) With my bathtub faucet (1.2 GPM) this 2.0 GPM aerator seemed very noisy and flowing too much so I will only use it in the kitchen (I have 2.2 GPM) , what is the highest value). This is the main drawback of these aerators - really too much flow for bathtub faucets, but fine for the kitchen unless you want higher bathtub flow (also more noise). 3. It was criticized that only Half of the washers (the black ones) fit standard 15/16" sockets - use old washers unless over-tightening will distort them. Tighten just enough to avoid water dripping off the side of the circle.
