At first they didn't fit my 2003 model. We found out in the Chrysler parts department that the bolts they fit were updated on my car (not sure if this is necessary on newer models but he said they all use these new bolts now) and after replacing the screws ($4 each) they worked great. Although not an easy success, the bolts would need to be changed if you ordered new jacks from Chrysler. so I would pay them anyway. The elevators themselves appear to work much better than the originals. The tailgate lifts easily, takes a little more force to close than it has lately and now it never stops going up - and I got it at a great price. To be honest the set I replaced was original but I still feel the tailgate runs smoother and better than ever. Now I'm going to put a spare on my jeep. :)
