5 Star Customer Service

Firstly my stand arrived damaged through no fault of Next Level. Next Level not only sent replacement parts but also installed a floor mat because of my problems. Even when it took me a week to reply to emails, Logan from Next Level always replied. Even if you have to pull on the handlebars to compensate for the resistance of the load cell brake pedal, there is very little flex in the wheel deck, I don't feel any flex in the pedal deck at all, even when it is in the fully extended position. . The height of the wheel deck is adjustable through pre-drilled holes, and the depth of the pedals is also adjustable in the same way. The pedal deck is also drilled with extra long slots to allow for almost infinite forward/backward adjustment of your pedals. The switch bracket can be mounted on either the left or right side. WRINKLES. This thing is quite large, and the ability to fold saves. However, with the switch bracket installed, it still takes up a lot of space. MODULAR. This stand can be combined with other products to create a complete car racing or flight simulation facility. WITHOUT CENTRAL POST. There is no center post to interfere with left foot braking. ARRIVAL ALMOST FULLY ASSEMBLED. said Nuff. LOTS OF ADDITIONAL EQUIPMENT. 'nuff said. CONS: First of all, although they included some kits to install different wheel decks and pedals, you have to do some extra drilling to properly install the FANATEC CSL ELITE pedals. Also, there are only two holes on the wheel deck to install the Fanatec wheelbase. Due to the high stress placed on these two bolts, you may want to drill a hole for the 3rd attachment point to avoid loosening the threaded inserts inside the wheelbase. Those of you using Thrustmaster products shouldn't have any problems. The Fanatec Clubsport rear derailleur is assembled, but it also requires a little fumbling with some washers to install properly. Some of the threaded inserts on mine were deformed, either from welding or paint on the threads, making it difficult to screw in the adjustment knobs. In general very satisfied. If you're looking for something reliable in a high-end balance bike, you really can't go wrong with this one.
