Works with a small modification.

The overall design is good, but there is a problem. During assembly, the cylindrical washer came off very easily and I had to find a way around it. You would think that the holes around the washer would solve this problem, but they are very close to the hole and you should take that into account when using screws. A really small problem that ended up requiring creative thinking.
