Incorrect ID
O-rings must be the correct size for the application. This is probably why there are so many different sizes on the list that are so similar. This o-ring was listed as 9mm ID, 13mm OD. Inner diameter 10mm, outer diameter 13.5. This does not meet my requirements due to the sizing discrepancy between what is listed and what I received. 3 stars just because they are o-rings.
