Enhance Efficiency with Sealer Replacement Element for Impulse Sealers in Hydraulics, Pneumatics & Plumbing - Seals & O-Rings Review

Not exactly sure what I did wrong but when I replaced the original strip and tightened the new one it slipped out from under the metal holding it in place. so i thought i was good. It came out anyway.

They fit my sealant but are slightly shorter than the original heater. It's a tight fit but they definitely work and you can't beat this price. I go through a lot of these because I use my sealer a lot. They do their job.

They barely fit my 12" sealant. The elements are too short and the teflon is too wide. The elements just hold on to their mounts and hope they don't. The teflon is too wide, you have to cut grooves in it to put the clamp screws back in.

This gasket replacement replaces an old impulse welder making it work like new again. Ten pieces look like they will outlive one. Just make sure you use the sealant on the lowest level that works and don't increase it as this can char and destroy the healing sealant until the bag is sealed.

The heating element barely stretches to fit a screw but it pops out of the back immediately because it's too short (less than 1/8 inch - so annoying. and I am 100% frustrated and disappointed. I urge you not to buy from this company. This is a basic 8" impulse sealer. How difficult is it to get the correct measurements?

They don't fit my particular caulk (1/2 inch too short) but the teflon strip was so much better than the others I used it cost 5 stars. I wish I could just buy these strips. This completely changed my huge gasket needs and I was able to find the right size item elsewhere. Be sure to measure and compare the actual length of your item before purchasing.
