Perfect fit. I pour the olive oil into a navy glass bottle (Saratoga Mineral Water, 28 ounces), 0.75" (3/4") ID or 19 mm. This cork fits perfectly, all the way, doesn't leak, closes tightly. My oil bottle (17oz) has a smaller ID (11/16", 0.69", 17.5mm), while Pellegrino liter bottles (and wine bottles?) have a larger ID (7/8"), 0.875". 22.23mm). Cork sizes and can lid sizes are standardized, but aren't these glass bottles? Two millimeters count here.
