I’ve only had this for a few days, but setting it up requires a small philips screwdriver to acces the dust cover in the back to get to the clock mechanism and battery housing. The clock was mounted outside under a patio awning. It includes a small mounting device that has four tiny nails in it that can be tacked down to drywall or wood to mount the clock.I’m knocking of one star for the rubber seal that came slightly twisted over where the bezel touches the glass (this has since been straightened out).It’s been keeping time as accurately as a digital clock so far as the seconds hand was calibrated together with the digital clock. I hope it’ll last awhile since it’s just a basic analog clock with a thermometer. I can confirm the lens IS actual glass, but the rear clock movement case is not gasket sealed, but merely a dust cover for the mechanism/ battery compartment. Instructions are on the back of the packaging.
