The fact that it compensates for a wide temperature range and has a desulfation feature makes it an excellent choice for covert battery maintenance. My Honda Odyssey is constantly drawing 1/3 amps (door locking mechanism or maybe a mobility PLC?) and this charger keeps my battery charged and in good condition. The display shows the charging status and errors. The case has no holes for water intake. The unit comes with a cover for the 110V connector pins, which I use to protect from outside elements when unplugged. I've been using this device for more than a month, everything is fine. I've also had the NOCO Genius for over a year and it can actually start a large engine with a dead battery. I am impressed with the development of NOCO products.
