While the heated vibrating feature was the best part, the kneading roller on the arch of the foot was VERY SORRY! The STOP button doesn't always work either, you literally have to stretch your legs before trying to stop it! Why would you trade your aching legs for bruised arches?! We looked for ways to work around this, but even thick socks didn't help. Even stretching your legs gets better, but lacks quality when you do. The vibrate feature is why I considered keeping it, but at $350 for "half working, half painful," it seems I can get something better for the price, and you should too do.
