I like that this system gives you all of your state level laws in one place, it is very easy for someone who does not have any experience or knowledge about these types things but can be overwhelming if they know too much at once! You really need some sort of background information when using such an extensive program as this so make sure before jumping into something with lots of options and features that makes sense for what needs are being met by having them use the site/system firstly.

We had many problems prior trying other programs because we were looking only from HR perspective which was our target market however after switching over everything has been smooth sailing thus far (we do still run through training every month just in case).
