I am a 70 year old retired doctor who has been a practicing medicine practitioner for over 40 years. I recently had surgery on both arms for Carpal Tunnel Syndrome and Cubital Tunnel Syndrome (8 weeks ago) and am weak as a kitten. I use the NSD Power AutoStart Spinner as a rehab for my injured arms/hands. I received my device today and despite my debilitated condition I had no trouble getting it to work. Any negative feedback seems to be aimed at the inability to operate this device. If I can operate this device, then anyone can. The secret lies in resisting the force exerted by the bait. Due to my weakness, I have to move my arms very slowly, but I synchronize my arm movements with the resistance of the spinner. I had another device that I couldn't start by cable or otherwise because it didn't have autostart. I gave it to my son. This auto spinner is easy to use as long as you don't try to make it work. The person who designed this should be applauded. If you cannot start and operate this device, you are not patient enough. It works and it works well. Thanks for the auto play. I am very happy with it.
