Like most other users I had the same problem with a gasket/O-ring that didn't fit properly with the part to be replaced. After we installed the part and ran the engine to inspect, a small amount of oil dripped out of the part proving the poor quality of the material used for the o-ring/seal. As soon as we removed the part to verify the problem, we found that the gasket was broken and the mesh was broken and flattened. (See attached photos) We ended up buying a new O-ring seal from a Honda dealer and the problem was solved. We hope that in the future the manufacturer will look for another supplier of higher quality o-ring/seal material.
