Worked once two weeks ago. Now stuck at 13.5 and not changing. I've tried calibrating it, new batteries, calibrate again and leave the batteries, nothing works. Two weeks ago it was washed and resealed - now it's a paperweight. I'll report back as soon as I know how Risantec lives up to its one-year warranty. All they give you is an email address to reply to. If you try to access Risantech.com, you will receive an apology and a statement that the site is under construction. emailed me thanking me for my input and explaining that he was "disturbed to learn that your Risantec pH meter is no longer working as we both expect."
