Review on ๐Ÿ”ฉ Park Tool MB-1 Magnetic Parts Bowl: An Organizational Solution for Every DIY Enthusiast by Dre Fowler

Revainrating 2 out of 5

Poor quality fit and finish

Park Tool is a premium brand with a premium price, so it's fair to expect a premium product. In this case, the Park Tool really let me down. The paint color is great, but the result is terrible. There are a few streaks on the paint and burrs on the edges sharp enough to cut leather. Doesn't look like the quality in the photo. Excess adhesive between the magnet and the plastic cover will prevent the tray from lying flat on any surface. Aside from being annoying, it also prevents the magnet from making proper contact with the iron surface. This bowl is sure to fall over even when there is relatively little material in it. Also, there is a dent on the rim that was immediately noticeable when I took it out of the box; however, the box showed no damage attributable to warping of the steel. It's a magnetic parts tray and it works. The blue paintwork makes the parts inside the tray easy to see, which is why I gave it two stars instead of one. However, the item I received looks and feels like a cheap flea market knockoff. This is undoubtedly the result of poor quality control at the factory. As this is the only and overpriced lowest quality Park Tool product I have ever had.
