If you're a bodybuilder eating oatmeal, you're going to LOVE THIS. I tried apple and peanut. I love apple! it has a strong cinnamon flavor (in a good way) and peanut butter is smoother and definitely tastes like peanut butter (in a good way too). If you're used to sugar, it's more of a dessert when it comes to macros and sugar. You will obviously see the difference. Aside from being delicious, they're pretty good when it comes to macros. 20 g very low-sugar protein. I personally cook oatmeal the old fashioned way in the fridge overnight: place 1/2 cup oatmeal in an airtight container, 2/3 water, refrigerate overnight and eat a spoonful in the morning, water can be added. depending on how you like oats. I also added vanilla but nothing else is needed to be honest. Turns boring oatmeal into delicious creamy oatmeal.
