My husband and I love this double decker for reheating leftovers, two plates at a time. We've found that you need to rotate the plates to ensure everything heats up evenly. So switch from the bottom plate to the top plate about halfway through the heating time. We learned the hard way that you CANNOT microwave a bag of popcorn on the stacker. It melts and deforms the stacker. I don't remember seeing any warnings about this or any other customer reviews before we tried it. Fortunately, the forklift is cheap, so we immediately ordered another one.
