I bought a bead and this is exactly what I was looking for! I have a very high sensitivity to metals which results in red, itchy, sore ears and blisters if I don't wear earrings for more than an hour. Because of this, my 2.1 year old piercings were not healing properly. I've been wearing these earrings for a few days now and it's been 360 degrees! Not a single earring is broken. The bars look sharp but aren't, they are quite flexible and I even sleep on them (I sleep on my side) and I don't even realize I'm wearing earrings. I showered with it and the quality has not suffered. Silicone backs are included, just lift the foam and you'll find them. Some of the backs aren't open so you'll have to take a pin (don't try to use an earring because you'll bend the plastic) and poke a hole in it yourself. For people complaining that they "look cheap and are made of plastic* *face, palm*, the fact of the matter is no metal means no reaction to metal! I look forward to purchasing more styles in the future!
