This is the problem when an after-market parts company (Corki) tries to make one part for a dozen different brakes. This part was supposed to fit my Shimano BR-M615 brakes. IT DIDN'T FIT. The spring between the pads was too wide, by 1/32 to 1/16th of an inch. Sounds so small, but I tried and tried to make it fit with no success. Do I pay $5 to ship a $12 part back for a refund. No, but maybe I can save future buyers the frustration I experienced. There's satisfaction in that.
