The system has saved me countless hours with its ease in creating custom forms/reports etc., which are stored within it's own database so there isn't any reliance or data loss if I need access elsewhere outside my computer(s). It also allows us easy export into our other software products without having them know how we're using their product internally; this enables much better cross-branding opportunities! We don’t have many complaints at present but some would be that you could build reports off your existing Excel files instead - maybe something like an advanced pivot table? However since they support XLSX format input from CSV / tab delimited text file inputs then perhaps not too problematic either way really?!
