It works as advertised. It was recommended to me by a few people I know with severe skin reactions to many substances. I don't have such extreme problems, but my skin is rather sensitive. This product has made a difference by significantly reducing itching on the scalp. I also used to have breakouts on the back of my head above the scalp line and that has stopped completely. I give 5 stars for the fragrance because there is none what you expect from a product like this. It's a bit pricey but worth every penny.
