great addition to the basic micropediatric device
I bought this together with the emjoi electropedagogical device. The adapter was easy to assemble and replaced the normal pulley on the machine. The tapered sections are perfect for the toes and the indentation in the balls of the feet. 1 star deducted because the reel flies in one direction if you're not careful. You really have to stay calm and concentrate. But I'm very happy with both the machine and these little attachments. Only used once so not sure how long they will last but my feet feel great for the first time in a year.
