I don't know how I lived without them. No more nasty oven mitts or folded paper towels when trying to pick up chicken, turkey or large chunks of meat. They are relatively flat so they can be stacked together and fit nicely in a drawer. Used to "hold" the brisket while slicing and works great, four tongs hold the meat much better than a regular meat fork.
