I like that it allows me to send messages from my website without having an app, which makes for less friction in terms of getting users onboarded. The platform itself has been very well thought out - no technical glitches or issues have come up so far while using their service. There's not much you can do at this point but if there were any bugs/issues we'd be notified immediately via email through our account manager. We're trying to get more people engaged around certain events (e.g., new product launch) by sending them text reminders about those opportunities. It also doesn't hurt that they've got great customer support!
