Type of review

I like that it has an easy set up process, you can add your own features to fit what makes sense for each business or application! The support team was great as well when we were having issues setting things right after adding custom code/features which are not included in their default library of functions but they still made sure our problem got solved so there's no need worry about this aspect at all :) We have been using ANAGOG since 2015 & never had any issue until now where some customers

  • Good Security Scanning Tools provided during app submission timeframe(for both iOS&Android)
  • Flexible licensing model options depending upon requirements /client preference is good too.if needed..:)
Cons
  • No complaints honestly..except few

I like that it allows me to send messages from my website without having an app, which makes for less friction in terms of getting users onboarded. The platform itself has been very well thought out - no technical glitches or issues have come up so far while using their service. There's not much you can do at this point but if there were any bugs/issues we'd be notified immediately via email through our account manager.
