I know very well that in the future this will be used less than once a year. but I had a need. I had to make new batteries for portable radios. I tried soldering nickel strips but the solder was too thick and I was sooo inexperienced that I did a lousy job. 20 years later. NP. but today. Yes. Soldering skills are gone. I did some research and found this device. I was a bit skeptical. I also have extra batteries in case I mess them up. I watched 2 videos on YouTube and that's all I have. I made both batteries in one try. I even asked my son to do some welds and again I was impressed with how easy it was. and super effective. It is said. This is probably the best buy of 2021! Although I don't often have to make batteries. Buy it and make it yourself and have it for future use. versus paying $50.00 at your local Batterys Plus store. it was the way. and again it worked so smoothly. This is my best buy of the year. LOL Highly recommended if you need it. This is USB-C charging. I charged it for about 4 hours before using it. There was a good case. I learned how to use it in less than 5 minutes. and i did it right first time. Super easy to understand.
