This simple scale from Taylor works well and looks good. The red digital display is large and easy to read. The clean, smooth surface is easy to keep clean. The handle makes it easy to carry and lightweight. The profile is low, making it easy to step on. My mother is older and uses a walker because of two hip fractures. She can move her walker over it and walk forward without going too far. We are happy with that. My own scale has a lot of bells and whistles, but Mom doesn't need anything other than her own weight. It is important to track the weight of older people and this will be a useful tool for us.
