Bought. I then bought three more after looking at the first one. I've been a customer of Obihai for many years. I have three 202s (great if you want to use your existing analog phones) and one 200, so the programming interface is familiar to me. In my case, all I had to do was add these four devices to the same Opitalk screen that I've been using for years. Also, I had no trouble adding multiple Google Voice numbers to each desktop. And each desktop set's firmware was automatically updated once each device was registered to my Opitalk account. I can only assume that some of the negative reviews written recently were written by customers who didn't know about Obihai and didn't contact them for support. I will warn any buyer that the documentation in the box is near zero. However, extensive (very detailed and 98% unnecessary information for most customers) is available for this series of phones. However, all this documentation is not needed if you create an Opitalk account and log in. Adding Google Voice requires little more than knowing your Google account information and following an intuitive process on the website. These phones work great. Programming is a one-off process unless you want to change something - and that's easy too. I suspect this is a great product at a great price simply because Obihai was purchased by Polycom a while ago and these devices and their boxes are from Obihai.
