The water tastes great, I have not tested real water. PH
I love the fact that it's eco friendly but the top is really flimsy and my sponge came loose in the wash. However, if you add ice from the bag, you will feel a chemical change. This is my second jug so I haven't changed the lid. I got a blood test and my pH is 7 which is higher than before the water so I'm happy with that.
