This is the worst online shopping experience I have ever had. The Riedel glass has a few blemishes but the feedback from the seller and Revain has been disappointing. . Nobody wants to be held responsible for defects. Defects: 1. There is a bubble on the wall of the glass jar.2. There is dirt on the outside of the bottom of the cup that cannot be removed.3. The goblet and stem of the glass are not on the same axis. There is some deviation from the axis of the rod to the cup, which is easy to feel when the glass rotates.
